Kylie Feuerbach & Megan Meyer

1st half vs. Michigan was the best I've seen Feuerbach play this year. I have not watched every game but she definitely showed up.
I've seen all the games and you are right. That was Kylie's best half of basketball.
You've seen more than me, but when I've watched it's always seemed like the thing that caused her the biggest problem was her (apparent) fear of messing up. Sunday she went after it and played well. I've always thought the talent was there and she can absolutely contribute quite a bit, but it looked like she was tentative/unsure at times and, as is the case with most players in most sports, that caused more problems than just going hard.
The transfer certainly seems to have worked out well for Meyer. She's playing a much bigger role on Drake than she did for us. Same for Lauren Jensen at Creighton.
I'm not sure we have enough information to say that it worked out well for Feuerbach yet. A Big Ten championship is certainly great, but Iowa State is still projected to be a higher seed than we are in the NCAA Tournament and she had a bigger role on last year's Iowa State team than she has on our team.
At the end of the day whether she's happy is what really matters. If she's happy with how things have gone this season, then the transfer has worked out well. I just don't think we know enough to say that conclusively.
