I would also say that if I were a PSU fan, I'd be very concerned about S. Barkley returning kickoffs. The dude gets so many touches and is pounded so many times, why would you want to subject him to the possibility of injury? The kid reminds me of Jim Brown (I know that really dates me, but I can't think of a modern era player who combines speed and power like this kid does).

The fair catch is a reach, but the reversal of the INT was pretty clear. Ball hit the ground, good view of it from reverse angle in super slow mo. I think PSU shot itself in foot with some cutsie play calling in red zone instead of giving the rock to the guy that had 300+ total yards.

This is correct. The graphic in the lower right shows Penn St. with 3 time outs remaining. They didn't have 3 time outs remaining to start their last drive.
I think he thought he was in the end zone and just signally a Fair Catch in the end zone (touchback).
That last drive was just like MSU. But the same thing happened (defense was on the field way too much) earlier in the game. 99plays to 45 is insane. BF & co need to sustain drives better. We will be facing another good defense this weekend.
I would suggest passing a little more, I mean PSU lined 8-9 guys in the box all half. Never did Iowa try to test their CB's until the 2nd half.

At this point it is crystal clear most of these ass clowns are incapable of sound logic and reasoning. The evidence is overwhelming that Joe Paterno turned a blind eye to this as far back as the 70s. A few of them get it and are embarrassed but the vast majority of them are loyal Ped Staters to the end. All because Joe Paterno won a bunch of football games. Unbelievable.
