I'm formally announcing that after consultation with my family and considerable deep thought, I am not a candidate for president of the United States.

I figure it's simpler if those of us who aren't running make the announcement instead of those who are running, since there's more of them than us.

Believe it or not LC, I'd feel more comfortable with you in the White House than I would with most of those who have already declared!

Won't this affect the fund raising for your PAC? Perhaps you should sort of play both sides of the street until you get that thing up to a meaningful amount.

It shouldn't affect the PAC, and I hope it would deter contributions to the Lone and Mrs. Clone Foundation, which does charitable work on behalf of many great causes worldwise, with overhead costs held to a bare-minimum 98% of income. Last year, the Foundation bought a fly swatter for the tse-tse fly-infested people in Montserrat.

Well, that's one republican down. Who's next?
