What, specifically, does he think "NATO" will do with respect to "immigration" and "terrorism"?
It's a military alliance/force; it is not designed for "nationbuilding" or covert ops for counterterrorism. More NATO 'boots on the ground' in Afghanistan or to fight ISIS? Why do we need them - I thought we 'had a plan to defeat ISIS' already...
