Why are most entries $100 more than the previous one? What services were supposedly procured that no two services were identical and each charge was $100 more than the previous and $100 less than the next?

It's almost like there was a really big payment that was sliced up into different monetary amounts, all below $10k, to make them less reportable. Remember - campaign contributions and spend is tracked, particularly when it is in large checks.
I'd just tell the Natl Guard to arrest them if they will not identify themselves and if they raise their weapons, shoot them on sight.
They have no jurisdiction, and are essentially a rogue militia terrorizing citizens. Send them back in boxes to the WH. Schmidt is spot on here.

They're doing it on public streets, and not following any semblance of due process. There are no records of arrests; they are not following the law; they are not acknowledging the rights of those they are picking up randomly - which means almost none of them will be tried or sentenced, because when the law is not followed, people go free and they likely end up suing the federal government which costs all of us more money in the end run.
