How did they do that? I thought those sentenced were found guilty by a panel of 12 of their peers.
edit: just like 23 members of a grand jury voted to indict trump and a jury of 12 voted he was guilty, in a couple of trials.

I never said I “hated” Trump. I did not vote for him because I thought America needed two new candidates. I remain a Republican however - and since he was elected, that’s our reality so we have to deal with it.
I am not at all shocked that you’d have that takeaway, however. It’s hard for you to understand certain things isn’t it?

Why would any of us know this? Maybe you need to ask him. However, I don't think Presidents are required to provide explanations for their pardons, though. That's something they should be required to do. There should be a lot more rules to giving out pardons. But we don't do that so here we are.

I don't do it anymore....,.but if I did criminal defense work, I would taint every jury with these folks saying you can shit in the Capitol and its no big deal.....why would you want to send my client to jail/prison
