I'm pretty sure the people who thought the world was ending were living too much in the Tik-Tok world.
Are you saying you reject the Rapture?I'm pretty sure the people who thought the world was ending were living too much in the Tik-Tok world.
Are you saying you reject the Rapture?
So you don't get to spend time with Jesus on Earth? No tribulation and no rapture?Actually I do reject the rapture as it's commonly understood because my theology is Amillennial.
But that isn't the point. The point is that I don't think many churches or leaders were endorsing this rapture with he eclipse theory.
I think most of us hold what scripture tells us that we can't really know when Christ will return.
So you don't get to spend time with Jesus on Earth? No tribulation and no rapture?
Only the dispensationals get a rapture?
So . . . are these times the tribulations? Ukraine, Gaza, Climate Change, Pandemic, rampant inflation, massive inequity and inequality, more hate speech than kind speech....Basically our outlook is that at some point probably after a time of earthly troubles Jesus returns and judges the living and the dead. We don't escape the tribulations.
So . . . are these times the tribulations? Ukraine, Gaza, Climate Change, Pandemic, rampant inflation, massive inequity and inequality, more hate speech than kind speech....
If they haven't started yet, it seems nigh.
