This thread has gone from paranoid, preposterous and destructive race baiting into the actual dementia of an obsessive personality disorder. Why would any Iowa fan even take the time to know what Todd Lickliter is doing today? He sucked at Iowa, got fired faster than any Iowa coach I can remember, even faster than the disaster that preceded Lisa Bluder and replaced by a much better coach who certainly turned around the Lickliter disaster.
Hooper, I do not know what Mike's relationship with Todd was like at the end but I know it was very friendly and supportive when Todd arrived in Iowa City. Wasn't John Lickliter a starter on one of Mike's championship teams?
Todd Lickliter was not a good coach at Iowa but he's been gone for a decade. People do not need to fabricate gibberish or falsely diminish his recruits. The record is clear, Lick failed badly at Iowa and that speaks for itself. He's not relevant to us anymore. Leave it in the past.

Lick did the assistants a favor by not renewing their contracts to save them the time and misery of having to witness the losses pile up. Can you imagine the two guys that signed up for that? Poor bastards.
