Not for nothing, but Nebraska had more than a couple gross shots go down. Fran counts on sheer volume to overwhelm opponents helping to negate opponent makes. Today was a lethal mix of bad luck and untimely poor shooting.

i see what you're saying, but subtracting turnovers for them doesn't necessarily mean more points for them ...and why exactly would you subtract all of their TOs? I'm not saying Iowa should shoot 100%, so not sure where you're going with that?

Just pointing out they lost scoring opportunities by turning the ball over. Would they have scored,,,,seemed about a 50/50 chance the way we defend at times. Maybe subtract half those turnovers and they score 10 more points. There are a lot of things that can make a 5-10 point swing in a game.

Lot of 'if's" in every game that can change the outcome.

It does when you're paying against Iowa's defense
