Looking for good family dining in Dubuque. Any recommendations?

I will be in Dubuque on Friday evening and need some suggestions on a restaurant. I will have about an hour to dine and will be dressed very casual.

Any good local family restaurants. My wife loves trying meatloaf and I have been craving mashed potatoes and gravy.

I had meatloaf a couple weeks ago at Houlihan’s. It was very good. Get the mushrooms for an app.
