2. I dont things its about African American kids wanting to play for an African American coach. Its African American (and white kids) wanting to play for a a former head coach of several NFL teams. If that is your goal, then obviously playing for a guy with the experience, expertise and networks is a logical choice.

There are 2 people (2!!!!!) that think Lovie Smith is a better coach than Saban and Meyer. I read some more posts from that OP and he is the most delusional fan I have ever come across. Treasure that guy, he is one of a kind.
