Lukas Van Ness goes #13 to Green Bay. Per Spotrac, the 4 Year Upcoming Contract: $17.4M FULLY GUARANTEED ($9.6M Signing Bonus)

“He possesses everything that we’re looking for. His height, weight, speed – all those tangible things,” Rebrovich said. “He’s very open and he’s played multiple positions when he was in college, so he has a lot of good background with the things we’re asking him to do early on.”

They play him sparingly and it seems like every time he is in he creates havoc and makes play.
DC for Green Bay sucks unfortunately.

Once again Jerry Jones is disappointed because the cowboys defense is a fragile unit. Teams like the Bills showed this year you can run right at the cowboys. Dallas has the opposite problem the hawks have where their great offense but a defense that is really only good if the offense gets a 2 to 3 score lead. And Dallas went soft away from their man coverage and got ate up.

The packers have gotten a little better all thru this season and could pull another surprise with other weak teams they might face.

And......Mike McCarthy is a playoff choker.

the Bill Belichek rumors are already flying
Belichek rumored to be hired by Atlanta early yesterday but now Jerry Jones might just throw tons of money at him for Dallas.

Jones' ego trips etc have soured me, a once huge cowboys fan, ever since he ran off Jimmy Johnson. And Jones got what he deserved by booting out his old college teammate which led to a series of decent coaches who just cant win in the playoffs.

Who will break out in his 2024 sophomore season?

Lukas Van Ness, OLB, Green Bay Packers. Playing in a rotational role on the Green Bay defensive line, Van Ness flashed in his rookie year, registering four sacks, 15 pressures and 32 total tackles. With his 6-foot-5, 272-pound frame, he can set an edge versus the run, plus he has the physical tools to elevate his pass-rush production in '24. And you can see the positive signs of his development on the tape. -- Bowen
