Every time I see three-star wide receiver Mac Hippenhammer, I'm even more impressed than the last. The class of 2017 standout is going to get the ball a lot this season. Whether he is at wide receiver, running back, wildcat quarterback or on special teams, Hippenhammer will get a ton of touches this season and rightfully so. He is electric with the ball in his hands. He runs a legit 4.5, 4.6 40-yard dash and is even quicker than fast. Whether it's Michigan State, Iowa, Penn State or another top program, one school will be getting one of the top players in Indiana. One thing that stood out was his leadership skills. He was helping his teammates, leading drills and making sure others got better. Regarding his recruitment, Hippenhammer is genuinely torn between the three schools mentioned above. All are recruiting him hard and all are making him a priority. Duke could enter the mix quickly with an offer. My 247Sports Crystal Ball is on Iowa, but the Spartans and Nittany Lions are making this an extremely tight race.
