*****MAGA in disarray, who will be speaker of the House***** McCarthy REMOVED! Jim Jordan 0-3. Election denier Mike Johnson confirmed. Vote them out

Dems on this board hate democracy. They think everyone should just fall in line.
Funny you say that...Ole Karl Rove just declared on Fox Opinion Network that it was those three Republicans that didn't initially support Johnson that were the ones that needed to "fall in line".

Irony is ironic.
Who hates democracy again?😉😉😉

Apparently what you fail to realize or understand is that Johnson likely had to make some concessions to get those last two votes!

So in all likelihood, we won't know what he conceded for some time.
If you seriously view the vote as some big victory for the GOP, you will be terribly disappointed down the road.
Johnson will be skating on VERY thin ice for the next two years with no margin for error.
It didn't matter who they picked, you were going to find a reason to bitch.

No they can move forward.

Hakeem Jeffries would be better, but we know how terrified Republican legislators are of Orange ShitStain.

You really have no idea how things work or are you just a master troll?

Asking for a friend.

I mean, this was always the most likely outcome. Most republicans in the House didn’t want to go thru that embarrassing spectacle like last time, there was no one else who wanted the job, etc.

This remains a razor thin majority that will leave almost no margin for error for Johnson as he now has to help push thru trumps agenda for the next two years.

C’mon Mitch,
I was referring to the man you called Orangeshitstain.
Who….won 40 states and every swing state
What does Trump's margin of victory have to do with the Speaker choice?

Serious question. Some might say he has a mandate, but the narrow margin Republicans have in the House has nothing to do with Trump other than perhaps a few GOP guys worried about a primary in 2026.
Amd guaranteed, if Trump can't get anything done...he'll make Johnson the scapegoat.
