Since she's six feet under (ultra deep maga) I couldn't agree more.
The only thing that will pull America out of this mess is mass mental health care, the cult is so strong they believe Trump really loves America.
I blame the msm for not calling attention to this and for not harping on it like Fox news did Benghazi.

Trump is a giant turd, and the sooner we can move on from him on the whole, the better for everyone. He did have some good policy, and we can debate those things, but good policy doesn't mean he's not an egomaniac.
It is an open question whether a formal conviction for insurrection (or other specified acts specified in the text) is required for disqualification under the 14th Amendment.
Your opinion may be the prevailing view at the US Supreme Court but we really don’t know. IMO it probably is the majority view of this SCOTUS.
However, compelling arguments can be made in favor of disqualification without prior conviction. In fact, several prominent and highly regarded conservative legal scholars have concluded just that. Per Michael Lutig:
“The disqualification clause operates independently of any such criminal proceedings and, indeed, also independently of impeachment proceedings and of congressional legislation. The clause was designed to operate directly and immediately upon those who betray their oaths to the Constitution, whether by taking up arms to overturn our government or by waging war on our government by attempting to overturn a presidential election through a bloodless coup.”
Again, I don’t believe a majority of the current US Supreme Court would adopt this argument - I think they would require a prior judicial finding - but that is just a guess.
