MAGA!

Sooo worst case we're back where were a week ago, best case Mexico continues to take action to stem at least some of the mass illegal entries, as they stated to recently.
Why is any of this a bad thing?

Because it's another case of Trump acting irrationally and increases instability. The world likes it when the US takes measured, carefully considered actions. Something Trump is incapable of doing.

No. Worst case is you've pissed Mexico off, so they're going to cooperate with you even less, and exacerbate your problem. Because it's not their problem, and they're tired of your nonsense.

I'm less concerned with what "the world likes" than I am 100,000 undocumented people entering the country monthly, and Congress doing nothing to fix the problem.
Fix the mess we're dealing with at the border (and anyone pretending it isnt a colossal mess is either lying or being intentionally ignorant) then we can move on to worrying about what "the world likes".

You realize that was the plan, right? To threaten the tariffs in order to pressure Mexico into doing something to stem the tide of migrants?

Or are you under the impression Mexico isn't going to do anything and Trump is just pulling the threat?

Inquiring minds want to know. I do, too.
What a master strategist! Amazing.

The Fed could fix the issue any time it wants to. Instead of arresting the innocent family members looking for a job and a better safer life, arrest the rich old white people who choose to save money by not paying sufficient wages to hire actual full citizenship Americans. As soon as all of the owners of farms, construction companies, wineries, lawn care companies, restaurants, and maid services start to get paraded on tv on their way to PMITA prison, the issue will magically disappear.

That's not going to happen though because there goes the GOPs money base and all they would be left with are the trailer trash whites that make up their voting base. But they need voters AND money. So far better to just use it as a perpetual issue to rile up their dumb voting base and leave it alone other than some dog whistle racist roundups.

“I am pleased to inform you that The United States of America has reached a signed agreement with Mexico,” Trump said in a tweet Friday night. “The Tariffs scheduled to be implemented by the U.S. on Monday, against Mexico, are hereby indefinitely suspended.”

Does it include Mexico paying for the wall now?

https://www.agweb.com/article/trump-drops-mexico-tariff-threat-says-he-has-immigration-deal/

When does the Senate get to see this "signed deal", which must be ratified if it is indeed an enforceable "treaty"?

Or, are MAGAs gonna get dunked on, again, here?

Even many on the left (not far left) are coming out and admitting there is a crisis at our southern border. I see your head is still buried firmly in your ass.

I think that every Democrat recognizes that there is a humanitarian crisis at the border. They also recognize that a multi billion dollar wall is not the way to resolve that crisis.

What's more unstable, France not liking USB putting a tariff on Mexican imports, or cedar Rapids sized cities of people coming into the country monthly? When we're at full employment and drowning in debt mind you...

Remember when they laughed it off as crazy talk? Insert spin here.

In addition to agreeing to.pay for the wall, Mexico also agreed to pay for a wall around Mars once we send a spaceship there.

Martians have been freeloading longer, but the're snappy dressers

I don't see why you think this is an either/or thing. I'll tell you one thing, a stupid f*****g wall isn't going to help. Rounding up tens of thousands of people and putting them in concentration camps after separating them from their parents isn't going to help.
