No he said to fight like hell and make your voice heard for your country after he said those people would peacefully go to the Capitol.
The Constitution basically despises tyranny, if you feel democracy is at risk you may have a right and duty to make your voice heard. He never once said to violently storm the Capitol.
Look I'm just saying I'm not going to blame Trump for every vile thing a Republican voter does nor would I blame Biden for anything a Dem does.
