Many law enforcement people now suspicious about Scalia death

I looked at the law in Texas and they are very similar to Iowa. There is no need to perform an autopsy if the manner of death is consistent with natural causes and there is an attending physician willing to certify a cause of death. There is nothing in Texas law about "high profile" deceased persons. I have attached a link to the Texas law. FWIW, I've been a death scene investigator in the state of Iowa for nearly 20 years. I don't believe I've ever signed for an autopsy for an 80 year old man that died in his sleep. As to the pillow, very rarely will a person truly "die in their sleep". In many cases, they pull the blankets and pillows back and frequently start to get out of bed. That's probably what happened here. I've seen probably 100 dead folks very similar to Scalia. Not a bad way to go.

“You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician,” he wrote. “You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?”

In an interview with The Washington Post, Guevara has said she rebutted a report by a Dallas TV station that Scalia had died of “myocardial infarction.” She said she meant only that his heart had stopped.

Ritchie also raised questions about the marshals’ actions:

“How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack…”

“Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas.”

The man was "politically liquidated"...pure and simple. Obama didn't order it because he is very low in importance...he is nothing more than a stooge himself who could also be liquidated at a moment's notice... some powerful people ordered this hit on Scalia...and to believe otherwise is to be a fool.

Crazy people logic: If you don't believe an insane conspiracy theory you're a fool.

I'm sure you've heard of Occam's Razor, because you're obviously the smartest of us. Consider, is it more likely that a fat old man died in his sleep (as they have been known to do) or some vast conspiracy is taking place? Why is it so easy for your to believe he was murdered but so hard to believe he just had a heart attack?

Well, if some random West Texas judge says it was murder, who am I to question them?

I "question" the circumstances and the lack of action immediately following the discovery of his lifeless body.

It wasn't. It was on his head,,,between the headboard and his head. It was NOT "covering his face" according to witnesses.
I see that they've now clarified that in contrast to earlier reports. That makes a lot more sense to me, as the earlier "over his face" did not.

You weren't questioning the circumstances, you said unequivocally that he was murdered, and that we were foolish to believe otherwise.
