take a look at the replay and you will notice two fouls.. Iowa definitely blocked in the back which was called but Nebraska player also grabbed ahold of Iowa guys face mask ... not sure what the call would be offset each other? Anyone know.

Offsetting penalties usually results in a do-over, doesn't it?
I think offsetting penalties result in a replay of down, so re kick. I assume they would allow Iowa to decline in that case because it was such a good return even with the penalty. So i think in this case it would not have mattered
Interesting twist in the rules! So it was actually good that the Nebraska penalty wasn't called then!
I would guess we could decline the face mask. Or maybe have it applied after they marked off ours
