Early terrible stall call. I know, hard to believe but I knew that would set up the stalling point at the end as soon as it was called. Two penalty points on calls in the last 12 secs. Stalling of course, set up earlier, and locked hands on a restart with 3 secs left on the clock for the win. I don't have a dog in this fight, but I felt sorry for wrestling and Brown's opponent ( can't even remember his name ). Explained the locked hands call as ( hands can not touch ).
