As a few of us said after the ISU, Fran and the guys will likely learn from that game and improve on closing out games. Looks like they did a pretty good job of that tonight. Every time MSU made a run, Iowa answered. Hit some clutch FT's down the stretch. Mike Gesell really stepped up as did Jok and Baer off the bench. Granted Valentine didn't play, but it is still MSU with a hall of fame coach on the sidelines.
