Well, Minnesota had a draw that everyone was all over before the tournament even was announced. Plus they lost Spriggs and honestly had no business being seeded above other Big Ten teams.

Maryland showed the inconsistencies they had demostrated all year. I wasn't shocked they lost.

Purdue is figuring some stuff out now.

Maryland seems to underachieve in big games. The way they play doesn't seem to be up to the talent they have. They seem a little soft. Not surprised that they lost.

When they got reffing like the Iowa game, they were tough. Hard to get that loose a whistle consistently.
