I just have a hard time seeing this team winning 50% of their remaining games. I watch our games and while we have a few flashes, I turn to other games and think “shit they will kill us”. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t think I am. Sad to think this way at 6-1 but man there is a huge difference between us and the top 25 teams.
Glad Brock had a great game.
Something wrong mentally with Payton.

He is all messed up right now and I don’t see our coaching staff being able to bust him out of that. And he is a defensive liability in most cases.

We can’t compete in NIL and that is why Fran recruits some of they guys he does as they don’t quality for NIL. Doesn’t feel real good. We need a game changer coach/recruiter/NIL advocate. Don’t fight it….get after it.

Yeah Waterloo ties for the head coach + good ole boy network + Fran likes to play a few truly worthless teams that do nothing for improving/making the team tougher. With the injury situation, it is just as well they play a nobody as they'd probably lose again if
they played another P5 peer.

Not sure what a game like this does to improve the team. Switched it off after about 10 minutes and read a book. SC Upstate was not a good defensive team and shot poorly. How do you get better playing patsies?
