Closed out the moment he referred to Metcalf as “Iowa State legend”
Pretty good interview. Worth the watch if you are a Metcalf fan. He gives a lot of insight into his thought process while wrestling, being recruited, and a little bit on the transfer ordeal. Good stuff and I will always be a big Metcalf fan, even if he coaches for ISU now. He really seems to be wired a lot like Tom and Terry in my opinion.

In fairness, he said “Iowa State legend, Iowa legend, Michigan legend”. I thought it was really interesting, but what was up with the one pant leg?
I opened this expecting to read a quote from Metcalf about officials needing to call stalemates earlier otherwise it punishes the more aggressive less flexible wrestlers the longer you let it play out😆
