Micah Shrewsbury to Notre Dame

Probably takes some players with him too.
They honestly don't have much left. Assuming some of the incoming recruiting class follows, but other than that everyone graduated + Lundy is turning pro. They only have 3 guys left on the roster that got minutes this year--all 3 were freshmen this past year and used sparingly.

I liked Mahaffey quite a bit, and I heard he had another good class coming in next year?

I’m guessing some of those guys decide they want to play at ND.
They had an old team, by college standards. I like Shrewsbury a lot, he earned a lot of respect along the way. This was probably a really good move for him financially, and replicating this season was going to be hard.

They have 3 incoming recruits--one of which is Micah's son. The other is a legacy player (Booth) who's dad is on the advisory board of their NIL collective. The last one Imes, is from Indiana so I'm sure he'll follow Shrews.

Tied for 9th and 10th in two years in Big Ten conference. 17-23. Already a coaching legend😑

I agree jury is out on PSU coach. If he is the guy that brought in Pickett, that would be a huge
resume boost.

But his NCAA resume is short but more impressive than Fran's. They won 1-game and they gave Texas a pretty good game.

When Fran is not losing the 1st game in ncca, he has had 4 shots at making the sweet16 and been blown out by Gonzaga, Villanova, and Oregon and had chance of beating Tennessee.

Some fans on here have relentlessly insisted the regular season is meaningless and that the tourney is all that matters.

Shrews is a solid coach. I expect him to do well at ND.
