They're open again, its now called "New Shakers."Club Shakers was a real thing in Lamotte, IA. BYOB. We use to roll busch lights across the stage to each other
I don't know who Teace the Tease was, but I do remember a few unfortunate evenings at So-Co from the mid-90's.I’m betting I’m not the only Quad Cities HROTer who remembers Teace the Tease from So-Co in the early 90s.
Ossy's Show Club. Still a classy joint.I saw a stripper in Carroll, IA years ago whose claim to fame was her ability to wink her anus quickly. When people wanted to see her do it they’d yell, “wink the stink!” That was a class joint.

Actually I just realized I misspelled her name. It was Tece the Tease and she was legendary there.I don't know who Teace the Tease was, but I do remember a few unfortunate evenings at So-Co from the mid-90's.
That’s his story and he’s sticking to it.I was passed out in an SuV in the parking lot the night beach girls burnt down in the early 2000s.
Beaver Beacons!Isn't Southern Comfort still open just outside Davenport?
BYOB. Girls handing out flashlights for close up inspections. Big fight in gravel parking lot.
Then they renovated and upped the price scales. Boo. Never went back again.Club Shakers was a real thing in Lamotte, IA. BYOB. We use to roll busch lights across the stage to each other
Baja Beach Club in W. Des Moines was smokin' back in the day. Prettiest woman I ever saw was on stage there.Been wondering for years now.
You are correct. Teace should have changed her name to Tease. She could do wonders with an empty beer can or your eye glasses. She was the queen of the main stage. Always wanted a private dance with her, but regulars told me skip it because she mainly just whispered dirty talk in your ear and didn't get very physical.I’m betting I’m not the only Quad Cities HROTer who remembers Teace the Tease from So-Co in the early 90s.
Been there at a Bachelor Party. They had Pantera playing inside. Was classic Wisconsin.
The Chorus Line.I remember we were on a bachelor party bus like 10 years ago and ended up at the strip club on welcome way.. super ghetto. Shootings and stabbings there all the time. Why we went there and not Dukes, I will never know. The girls were sooooooo nasty. The DJ goes "I HEAR WE HAVE A BACHELOR IN THE HOOOOUSE" and my buddy the bachelor turns to him and just goes "No you dont". That place was something else
Anyone remember the Body Shop? Holy hell.. bullet wound wednesday and c-section sundays had to have been a thing.
I feel like we are missing something in this thread.
I have fond memories of Chills 'N Thrills in downtown Ottumwa. Those girls gave it all they got on stage.
I was up on sniffer's row one time and right before one girl smashed her vag into my face she was kind enough to warn me, "don't breathe in."
RIP in peace.
It is the Midwest we are talking about. Fair point. And I feel like that's perfectly OK.
They're completely overrated and should probably best be avoided once you reach your mid-twenties in age. I went to one in Northfield, Minnesota one time with my FIL and his brothers. Boy was that awkward.I've been to a strip club just once in my life, shortly after I turned 18. Nice "environment" but I'm ok with not going to another.
