Milwaukee - Restaurants/Clubs

Heading to Milwaukee for a boys weekend. Any body recommend any "must try" restaurants or clubs (besides the obvious strip clubs)? TIA

safe house is supposed to be kind of neat, and miller brewing tour

i've been to a few cool bavarian places, but not sure the name. beer, sausage and cheese. lakefront brewery might be cool.

The Wicked Hop for a Bloody Mary - it's at minimum an appetizer. I thought their food was good. I guess they are known for their burgers. I also heard the place directly across the street had very good food, but can't remember the name. Milwaukee Ale House for a great variety of beers. Food is supposedly solid there also. I was there watching the Wisconsin - Kentucky game on Saturday.

This is neither, but the Great Lakes Distillery tour is a must. Sign up/pay online, then get there early to have a few drinks/appetizers. The samples are really good.

Milwaukee Ale House, my old hangout and a favorite of mine for beers and good food. La Fuentes if you want
good cheap Mexican and potent margaritas.
