This time, Ohio.

Oh wait. GOP, but you knew that when you clicked on the link.

RIP Democracy! First Colorado does it to an ex-president and now Ohio does it to the current one. Add that to Biden trying to kick Kennedy off of ballots and what's left of our beloved democracy? Sad really.
You're a special kind of special. You literally can't see the difference between Trump/sedition/14th Amendment and Joe Biden being a normal POTUS. How the Republicans behave vs. Democrats. Reset your personality.

I side with the 9 Supreme Court Justices over you and the Colorado pot heads.

Did anyone else actually read the article?

No? Just me?
There isn't any necessary context in the article (or the linked ABC piece) about why Ohio now has this absurdly early deadline.

Political conventions in the past have been held at the least into late August (see the Republicans in 2012 as one example). I would suspect monkey business by Ohio Republicans to create this situation, the party in the White House always has their convention after the out party.

The embedded links in the NBC News article provide that context. The law has been in place for 10 years. It passed in October 2013 and went into effect in February 2014.

There was a potential conflict for both parties in 2020, when both conventions were scheduled after the 90-day deadline. That issue was resolved when the Ohio legislature passed a one-time exemption.

LaRose isn’t threatening to keep Biden off the ballot. He’s notifying the DNC of a potential conflict that could preclude him from being able to add Biden under state law. He’s notifying them now so steps can be taken to avoid a problem later.

Keep in mind that military and absentee voting starts on September 20. Ohio has to print and mail millions of ballots. You can’t do that overnight.

So do I but anyone who thinks the issues with Trump and Biden in regard to the 14th are remotely the same is a f’n idiot.
Anyone who makes shit up about me commenting on the 14th is a lying f'n idiot. Another attempt at fitting everything into your little Dem box so things only apply to one side and not the other. Happens with attacks on democracy, riots, classified documents, saying racist shit, using the DOJ as a weapon and everything else.

I know what I saw on TV on 1/6/21…..The Supreme Court has gone “all in” on loyalty vs. Constitution the past several years……Trump committed treason against America on 1/6/21…..The Court and a couple of extremely incompetent Federal judges (appointed by Trump) have decided that treason is not a real crime…..unless it is successful. American justice is in poor hands at this point in time.

While the headline is misleading, it's good to see a Dem admit that keeping an opponent off the ballot is an attack on democracy.

If Ohio digs their heals in on this Obama era law and doesn't allow Biden on the ballot, it would certainly be an attack on the democratic process. I as well am with the 9 SCOTUS judges on this one, and it's good you are too.

Case in point #2.

You are an anti American pile who belongs in the deep end of the ocean.

Both ends of the ocean are shallow, idiot. The middle is deepest, dumbass. Get a globe, hippie. Ever heard of GEOGRAPHY? You know…George Evans Old Grandmother Rode A Pony Home Yesterday. GEOGRAPHY.

This is why we are losing the war.

You make too much sense. The threat to Democracy has been trademarked, and can only be used by Dems.
