This is just a an attempt to to give the appearance of a fair and impartial DOJ. They put out some low level charges for some nobody politician on their side, as an attempt to say: "See! We are apolitical". While at the same time, they consistently target conservatives at the very top all the way down to the rank and file voter.

You do realize that Trump was indicted, first and foremost among other indictments, because he tried to overturn the results of a presidential election - a felony. This not only involved pressuring his own VP to subvert the constitution by not certifying the election, but also disenfranchising voters in numerous states with his phony electors' scheme. This has absolutely nothing to do with the impartiality of DOJ. As for Biden, your "whataboutisms" are absurd, especially when you provide no specifics. What exactly are Biden's indictable felonies?
