Yeah, the investors moved in for the kill. I don't know how many random offers I received offering to buy my house sight unseen.

A bad thing from that is my property appraisal started going through the roof and my property taxes were rising 15-20% per year, and they have not come down.

Someone found my text number. Which far as I knew was unlisted. Don’t use it for anything. Evidently a friend or supposed friend somehow passed it onto a scavenger.

Investors ravaged Memphis, its really tough for first time homebuyers, because thats the homes they focused on. Heard Atlanta got hit bigly also. Seems a lil racist!
