Mosby Says She'll Seek Order To Block Release Of Freddie Gray Autopsy Report

Couldn't autopsy results possibly show the victim actually did self-inflict his injuries to some extent as was claimed (assuming my memory is good that is)?

Won't they come out in the trial?

I think this prosecutor is dumb enough to think she can exclude it.

Also, I just did a quick Google search and it appears the autopsy report is a public record in Maryland.

If it wasn't public, why would she be seeking an order?

It's clearly going to be used at trial.

I don't know her specific motives, but here is the likely one: the media will toss it out there and dissect it, tarnish it, whatever...and potential jurors may be persuaded by means not allowed in court. Many thing about trial are confidential until shown to the jury.

Now, I personally would keep it public.
