I don't think the NCAA knows what to do next for fear of a lawsuit

Sign the recruit to a contract, just like the NFL. Fine them when they screw up. incentives when the excel. How else are the coaches going to have any control over disciplining players. Why would a coach want to teach a kid if there is a high probability for them to jet after one year
