So, the MAGAt from S Africa, who has never served in any armed service, is calling a sitting Senator, a Navy Captain who served in the Gulf War, as well as an ACTUAL Astronaut, a traitor.

Let’s back at the way up: saying we shouldn’t give up on Ukraine now makes somebody a traitor? I mean that just doesn’t make any sense on its face.

Musk has done a lot of great things I’ll be the first to admit it. I just don’t understand him now.

It *didn't* make sense.

It *does* now make sense considering all of Trump's foreign policy moves over the past month:

Stopping USAID from providing funds to rebuild Ukraine's energy plants and provide medical care to its people.

Stopping military aid to Ukraine. Banning Ukraine from receiving intelligence reports on Russian troops.

Stopping Ukraine F-16s from receiving electronic warfare updates.

Declaring Ukraine will never be in NATO.

Declaring Ukraine started the war.

Declaring Zelensky a dictator.

Announcing likely withdrawal from NATO.

Announcing likely withdrawal of US troops from Europe.

Announcing intention to seize Greenland and likely sharing it with Russia.

Dismantling Western military and trade alliances.

Damaging US weapons trade by becoming unreliable partner and through the possibility of disabling purchasers' weapons like in Ukraine.

Listen to Musk. We are switching sides. Opposing burgeoning US ally Russia will make you a traitor.

Lol

Tell me. What great things has he done?

Accelerated the adoption of EV’s. It was coming eventually anyway but the sooner we start transitioning the better.

I do believe he’s done great work with space x.

Now he’s busy burying the legacy of both enterprises by spending all of his time crap posting instead if of maintaining quality but I can’t control that.

Its similar to Howard Hughes. Always had mental health condition. At some point Howard’s business managers were able to hide him from public.
Unfortunately for Musk’s company’s we are seeing the decline in real time.

You don't know all the names of the people who actually have accelerated the adoption of EVs, or who have done great work with SpaceX. That's the whole point of Musk being a hype man. While other people put in the hours and do the heavy lifting, he gets to take all the plaudits.

Some people (not saying you, in particular) seem to believe these things wouldn't have happened without Musk. I think that's about as laughable as the idea that people needed to elect Trump, and only Trump, to get "common sense" conservative politics back in the White House.
