"My 15 children are a gift from God"

Can't back this up with statistics but i am guessing the odds are pretty good that she produced 15 kids that will be on welfare when they are adults who will turnaround and produce 60-80 further kids on welfare as adults, who will turnaround and produce about 500 more total, ect... China may have been on to something with this one kid per couple rule.

I know it, you know it, and the American people know it,
For a single mom to have 15 children is obviously a cash
crop being paid for by the Federal government. It is called
Aid To Dependent Children. ADC makes it mandatory that
no father can be in the home in order to be a financial benefit
for the mom. This is called social engineering gone amok.

Not just ADC. There are 80 separate welfare programs at the Fed level. Most states also have their own welfare programs. Not to mention thousands of religious charities, and thousands of non-profits designed to help people who are struggling. Add it all up, and Octomom could run for office and likely get elected by the soft-headed low-information voters excited about their Obamaphone.

we all should pay for her kids. theIowaHawk will agree that she was incapable of taking responsibility for any of her actions, or keep her legs closed. This is not her fault, we just can't accept any better from them.

She needs to keep having kids, and have everybody else take care of them. Sit back, collect the welfare and not be expected to do anything for it.

15 is a pretty large number. Wonder if Angel can even count that high.

Correct.
THE NUMBER 1 PROBLEM IN AMERICA, is that consequences for actions are looked upon as ANTI-COMMON-SENSE.

Those kids are idiots. Totally should have chosen better parents that are still together and rich as fvck. They'll get exactly what they deserve for their irresponsibility.

Just on my experience in Chicago, she will herd all of her kids into the 7-11. Then but about $30 worth of chips and doritos and funyons. Pay for it with her Link (welfare) card.

I've seen it, it happens every day.

Relevance of her race?

You know the word "crisis" gets thrown around a lot in the USA. But you almost never see it used when we have an actual societal crisis.

***********************

In the nearly half-century in which we have gone from George Wallace to Barack Obama, America has another, less hopeful story to tell about racial progress, one that may be even harder to reverse.

In 1965, a young assistant secretary of labor named Daniel Patrick Moynihan stumbled upon data that showed a rise in the number of black single mothers. As Moynihan wrote in a now-famous report for the Johnson administration, especially troubling was that the growth in illegitimacy, as it was universally called then, coincided with a decline in black male unemployment. Strangely, black men were joining the labor force more, but they were marrying -- and fathering -- less.

There were other puzzling facts. In 1950, at the height of the Jim Crow era and despite the shattering legacy of slavery, the great majority of black children -- an estimated 85 percent -- were born to their two married parents. Just 15 years later, there seemed to be no obvious reason that that would change. With the passage of the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act, legal barriers to equality were falling. The black middle class had grown substantially, and the first five years of the 1960s had produced 7 million new jobs. Yet 24 percent of black mothers were then bypassing marriage. Moynihan wrote later that he, like everyone else in the policy business, had assumed that "economic conditions determine social conditions." Now it seemed, "what everyone knew was evidently not so."

President Lyndon Johnson was deeply shaken by Moynihan's findings. Neither man was driven by sentimentality or religious conviction, but both believed that fatherlessness undermined the "basic socializing unit." Intent on sounding a public alarm, Johnson declared during a commencement address at Howard University: "When the family collapses, it is the children that are usually damaged. When it happens on a massive scale, the community itself is crippled."

Unfortunately, those warnings were as prescient as they were reviled. Civil rights leaders, worried about reviving racist myths about black promiscuity, objected to what they viewed as blaming the victim. Feminists were inclined to look on the "strong black women" raising their children without men as a symbol of female autonomy. By the fall of 1965, when a White House conference on the black family was scheduled, the Moynihan report and the subject had disappeared.

But the silent treatment was the wrong medicine. Since 1965, through economic recessions and booms, the black family has unraveled in ways that have little parallel in human cultures. By 1980, black fatherlessness had doubled; 56 percent of black births were to single mothers. In inner-city neighborhoods, the number was closer to 66 percent. By the 1990s, even as the overall fertility of American women, including African Americans, was falling, the majority of black women who did bear children were unmarried. Today, 70 percent of black children are born to single mothers. In some neighborhoods, two-parent families have vanished. In parts of Newark and Philadelphia, for example, it is common to find children who are not only growing up without their fathers but don't know anyone who is living with his or her biological father.

She doesn't have custody of the kids anymore, and hasn't bothered to visit them the past 10 months.

The last update I could find was in 2014, when Ms. Adams had another child, bringing the total to 16.

She might seem like a big time welfare queen but I know of one in Iowa that makes her look like a chump. There is a frequent flier patient at UIHC that spends 3-4 months every year in the hospital due to liver issues brought on my drug use and sickle cell anemia. Her medical bills and drug costs run the state $500,000 plus every year.

Then you add on free housing, utilities, health care for her children, food stamps, etc and you are adding another $50,000. The issues are chronic but not life threatening as long as she checks herself in for a little R&R when she needs it. She will never benefit society and she will costs millions if not tens of millions before she is done.

"It's the right thing to do"

First of all, anybody 'hitting that' should be castrated.

The guys who 'hit that' and produced all that progeny are on the hook for it, not the U.S. taxpayer.

If those guys don't take responsibility for the children they produce, they are deadbeats and should be hunted down like criminals. If she can't be sure who the father(s) of her children are, then she's just a ho who spends too much time on her back (or knees) without getting paid.

I would say a 5 kid limit is more than generous for any woman applying for welfare or assistance. At that point, the state or gov't would be better off to pay to have her tubes tied. Maybe after the 3rd kid.

She needs to discover that abstinence can also be a gift to mankind.

This thread just further proves that Republicans only care about you until you're born. Once that happens you're on your own.

Some judge in Wisconsin several years ago locked up a deadbeat dad to keep him from making more babies he wouldn't care for. We need to do more of that, let them spend the rest of their lives trying to make Natural's butt pregnant.

You think paying a woman to be a biological assembly-line manufacturing impoverished Democrat voters is enlightened kindness? I think this thread has proven you are not smart.

Correct.
THE NUMBER 1 PROBLEM IN AMERICA, is that consequences for actions are looked upon as ANTI-COMMON-SENSE.

What are you saying are the "consequences" in this case, and how should they be dealt with (as opposed to how you believe they aren't, now)?

I am not going to quote your entire post, because it is very long, though good. But, not a thing in it is exclusive to being black. The problem cited is not race, its irresponsibility. Even if it is true that the numbers are worse for blacks than, say, whites or hispanics, the numbers are bad for all, and the solutions are the same for all.

Citing the woman as black had no relevance and is racist.
