1 big man down low and 4 out at the 3 pt line. A "4-1" zone/man hybrid. Let 4 guys cover a man outside and stay with them if they don't have the ball. If the guy with the ball drives, you have his guy and the center to pick them up. Otherwise, stay with your guy outside, no matter what. If they can beat a guy and the center down low, so be it. But don't give up anything outside but 30 footers.
