My favorite Iowa players this year (beyond the obvious contributors)

Would like to see all of these guys on the floor at some point together to see what they could do. All play hard and I like their focus on defense. No, I don't think they are the best. I like how they play, mistakes or not.

Yes. That would be an interesting lineup. Pretty inexperienced but you'd think their defense would somewhat make up for that. And weezy would have to nut up and rebound like he did last night

I don't believe Perkins is playing at the BIG level at this time. He plays hard but needs a year to mature.

I like their individual effort, but that would be a really bad shooting trio to play at the same time.

The lineup I liked best yesterday was Garza, PMac, Keegan, Weezy and Jbo. Now take out Jbo and Garza next season and add Nunge and CJF and That will be my favorite as I see it now but can CJF play the point or maybe PMac plays point forward, ala Scotty Pippin ahhh , never mind that’s next year

Keagan and his brother are by far the most interesting and maybe the best potential players for me. Ulis might be a close 2nd/3rd but Keagan looks the part and at times, has played the part

Totally agree. Seems to be out of sink with his team mates especially on the offensive end. I imagine an off season to work with next years team, and he'll be much more comfortable.

this!!! hopefully next yr they will be able to play at a high level. this yr they would not play for many if any other big 10 teams.

I don't really like the idea of CJ playing point, though. I think either Joe T or Ulis would have to start on next year's team. So, Joe/Ulis, CJF Weiskamp, Murray, and Nunge. However, I like the idea of going small at times with Joe/Ulis, CJF, Weiskamp, PMac, and Murray against certain teams or lineups. That team would be lethal in transition, but obviously couldn't be used if a guy like Cockburn was on the floor of an opponent. Fortunately, not a lot of teams have a Cockburn in their lineup.

He's certainly not Tyler right now but by the time he's a Senior he could be...
