the other thread got me thinking we needed the inverse. Ill go with Green day. They turned into little political b1tches but Dookie is one of the greatest CDs ever made.

U2. Critics hate them. They've stood the test of time. Their performance at the 2002 SB after 9-11 was epic.

As with many performers I enjoy watching or hearing, I tune out their political and social wokeness.
