Also at 141, you could see McKenna at 2 instead of Jack. McKenna's only loss is to Joey Ward and Jack's loss is to Randy Cruz. But Jack did beat Ward 10-4 so this one is a toss up

The problem is consistency. Some years the conference tourny is king other years it's head to head. Some years injured wrestlers are penalized, others they are given a pass. Most years it's a mixed bag where there really is no consistency in how these things are weighted.

At least they seed the top 16 now. I bitched about that forever. However, in fairness, why not seed the top 32.

I can see both sides of this one, but I definitely agree. Also, just get rid of the one pigtail match and make it 32 instead of 33. It's like the play-in game they added to the NCAA Basketball tournament....why? (Or all the extra bowl games when you have teams with lower than a .500 record...)

If I counted correctly, of those 20 wrestlers there are 11 from the Big Ten with only 6 being BT champs.
