I think the 7-8 match is the hardest to get up for as a wrestler. You’ve had time to process not getting what you want and time to celebrate being an all American. Takes a lot of self motivation and pride to wrestle well on Saturday morning.
I believe he is Bernie Truax IV. Kinda wanted him to finish fourth four times with that.
I think other teams' wrestlers actively try to help Penn State surpass Iowa in every possible measure.
