He had control of the left foot and both arms were surrounding the other leg. It was close, and they had multiple angles to look at so it wasn't. I sure thought it was

O'Connor's hips were still up. No control over his hips. Sasso would have had to drive O'Connor forward more. It was 100% the correct call.
