I don't think I've seen other coaches as red faced, snapping clipboards, slamming chairs and getting nose to nose with players as I have seen Fran do. I didn't like it when Keady or Knight did it. I also don't like the whining and complaining that Hurley does. Izzo has pelts on the wall, Fran doesn't. That's the rub, coaches who actually have accomplishments can reference those accomplishments when their bad behavior or questionable coaching decisions come up. Fran has achieved average and all the other crap he does. He does a great job of positioning himself as above the off color recruiting, which for many fans give him a pass on his below average recruiting.
See the above post. I'm not one to criticize how a coach behaves. I dislike how izzo whines but lets face it; he's in a different coaching stratosphere. It's heartwarming to watch Izzo ream the refs the entire game and then have one or more of them come over to him, put their arm around him as if to say he'll try harder to call the game better.
I dislike the volatility. He gets so angry, there is no way he is thinking as clearly as he should be. He also gets too involved when cmac complains about foul calls.
