Right off the top...I would be curious about mining the tunnel. I don't know what they assumed or budgeted for that, but under the best circumstances I would think that would be hard to predict with accuracy.

At any rate, glad to see it moving forward.
Maybe they’ll strike costly minerals in the mining process!

Increase in cost due to Womens facilities. Not justified as they will bring no extra money to the program. Sunk cost now unfortunately

You’re funny. If they were to cut all programs that were revenue negative, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

So I’m guessing this is just a slow roll troll..
No, it’s just not justification to add a new one that costs an additional $10-15million.

Lol, name calling must’ve struck a nerve. Eventually the cost will becoming from the Mens program. I thought wrestling fans would know title IX actually hurt the sport of wrestling.
If by men's program you mean football and basketball then yes. You should just be thankful the university and donors are committed to such a project in a sport that sucks revenue from the athletic dept just like the vast majority of college sports. It's pretty incredible its even happening and I think being a pioneer in women's wrestling is a great idea for the university and state in the long run. Hard to believe any wrestling fan would have gripes with this

I hope they don’t mine into any Native American Indian artifacts, this would halt the project immediately.
