State Department released another 7000 of Hillary's emails tonight. 150 were classified. So the total now is over 200 with 20,000 emails yet to be released. It has also now been discovered that her state department email was on the same network as the Clinton Foundation and shared the same IP address. That means all employees of the Clinton Foundation could have accessed her emails without security clearance.

Also included in the 7000 emails are communications between various staff members at the Clinton Foundation and members of Hillary's personal staff at the State Department. They show discussions about donations received by Iran and North Korea and companies that Hillary personally exempted from the sanctions placed on Iran. This supports the claims that Hillary and Bill sold influence to certain countries and corporations for donations to their Foundation.

Another email between Hillary and an aid discusses her IPad had just arrived and she was excited to learn how to use the email feature. The date on the email contradicts her initial claim that the reason she used the personal server was so she only had to use her blackberry and no other devices. So in other words she lied about that as well.

And before the Hillary minions jump on board and tell us that the emails were not "marked" classified, once again that is irrelevant in regards to criminal violations of the Espionage Act.

Her campaigns' defense is incompetence. That should make for great sound bites during the debates.

Although, it may be accurate. We have all seen her work.

Meh, who cares. According to some, Snowden is a hero, so maybe Hillary is too.

In addition intelligence agencies have said some of the e mails were marked classified at origination. Who took the markers off. State it seems is activity involved in the cover up

While I won't be voting for Hillary, I'm tired of the endless coverage of her email. I'd like to know when the FBI concludes what they're doing and drops the hammer on her or clears her. I believe there's more to their investigation than whether or not there were security breaches to her personal server.

I do find it a bit comical that Fox News is clinging to this story in an effort to not give Trump any coverage due to his treatment of Megyn Kelly. Though I would expect them to jump on the Ben Carson bandwagon any day now given his recent rise.

The AP put out a story yesterday that Hillary's campaign may survive this scandal because there were no Top Secret markings on any of the emails. Maybe the AP needs to do better research before claiming the chosen one is clean.

I think Hillary is guilty as sin here, but not sure how someone would come to the conclusion above (at least based on just what was in your post). Having her private email server and the Clinton foundation server(s) on the same network, and they would actually have to be on the same physical server to share an IP address, wouldn't necessarily mean all employees of the Clinton Foundation had access to her emails. One would assume there would minimally be a password on the email account.

One would assuming she wouldn't use a personal email server to conduct the states business.

She should be toast at this point.

This story is getting old. If all the GOP has against Hillary are private emails that still haven't shown illegal activity, they're in trouble. All you hear with the Republicans is that Hillary did something illegal, but they never actually get around to proving it. Par for the course for the GOP.

So, possessing classified emails on a private server is not illegal?

Just stop. It is one thing to come off as a political shill in posts. It is completely another to come off as a complete moron.
Call me names all you like, but you know as well as I do that the GOP still can't prove that Hillary did anything illegal. All we have from your side is the empty promise that she did.

When you cry wolf too many times, people stop believing you. The Benghazi and Planned Parenthood accusations blew up in the GOP's face. Why should I believe you this time around that these emails are anything more than a politically motivated story?

My side? Which side is that? That is you problem and why you come off as such a simpleton. You have compartmentalized to "my side" and "your side" without any regard for truth. See your Walmart posts for further proof. It is sad really.

You had better hope there is no contradictory Benghazi emails. That would be a TON of crow to eat, however even if there was something on that particular subject I doubt it would see the light of day.

Hillary wouldn't be the only one who would be in trouble.

Can somebody explain how this email scandal didn't come out during Benghazi? They released a bunch of emails from the state department and I'm sure requests were made from the dozens of house and senate committees looking for relevant emails. How did nobody catch on that there was no emails from or to an official Hillary state department email address?

Huey she had top secret e mails on her server that State said were not classified when she got them but the intelligence people who sent them said they were marked at the time of ORIGINATION. That's means some one at State or a Hillary advisor took off the markings. Some one is covering up here. In addition as chief said earlier whether they were marked or not is not determinative as far as charging goes as long as they contained classified info. But by all means keep your head in the sand and keep repeating the talking points you received

Honestly it shows gross incompetence illegal or not. Everyone knows to keep your work and personal e-mails separate.

I have no belief that she will be charged with anything. Only the feds can charge her, Obama is ultimately in charge of the justice dept. . . He will never let her be charged unless he has to sacrifice her to save the party which is unlikely.

Why would it show gross incompetence? I think that we can all agree that Colin Powell was a great SOS, and even he used private emails to talk about sensitive subjects.

Are the intelligence people who sent them in trouble? I would assume it would be against some type of rule to send top secret information to a personal email address.

No one said incompetence is reserved for one party.

I really wonder if we looked at Condy Rice's e-mail or Powell's if we would not find some work stuff mixed in.

When I do e-mail for work, I write it as if its public because you have to assume it could be at some point. I agree its pretty dumb to mix the two.

That said, most of the stuff being released is pretty damn mundane. I don't think there is a lot of traction there, and this won't be a topic they can milk all the way to next November. Unless something big comes out, which is doubtful, this will all blow over.

Colin already admitted that he talked about official stuff right along side emails to his family and friends. Why aren't the Republicans demanding an investigation on him?

Right now there are over 200 confirmed violations of the Espionage Act. that is 195 more than David Petraeus was charged and found guilty for only 5. The investigation is ongoing. There is about a 99% probability that charges will be filed. The only debate now is will they be at a felony level or not.

I gotta call bullshit on this. The Espionage Act was written in 1917. Please explain to me how the use of private emails for sensitive information can be covered under this law?

Colin isn't running for prez. Hilary is basically showing "hey look how incompetent I was. . . Please give me a promotion.

The real question is why aren't you demanding emails from him?

On the scale of screw ups...its really not much....

Especially when you compare it to starting a destabilizing war in Iraq based on a false premise that cost thousands of lives and trillions of dollars....

I am no fan of Hillary really...after all she backed the above referenced action....but this is a nothing issue really.

Would it make a difference to you if the intelligence people were in trouble?

What bothers me is that she was the Secretary Of State and never received any classified emails. Did they not trust her or did she not have clearance to get these types of emails?

Petraeus is a canard in this debate. But, it is a helpful narrative for the right. Good, upstanding man punished while woman walks away unpunished.
He knew what he did was wrong. He took highly classified material on an unapproved device. He was indiscreet with his lady friend.
The classified emails in the Clinton case were classified retro to her having them as far as I can tell. Ah, now starts the grand conspiracy that the State Department is assisting in the cover up.
A big bag of nothing is what this will amount to. And, again, I don't like Hillary.

The WMD thing right? It's pretty obvious the Bush administration didn't just dream up that concept. It was just bad intelligence that had been bad for several years previous to Jr. getting into office.

This really should clear up the "we went over there for oil debate". Did you get any, because I didn't.

America will be shocked to learn Hillary had to ask an aide for the schedules for The Good Wife, and Parks and Recreation.
Outrage!!!!!!!
