No clue.

I was basing an observation off a video of shitty quality. We have had what appear to be similar "assemblies" here in KC. A bunch of kids get together somewhere/anywhere and essentially block it off. It usually involves street racing or guys just hotdogging it. The police are beginning to disperse them as soon as they see groups beginning to gather. I tend to chalk up what has been happening around here as kids being kids and the locals wherever they're assembling not liking it. I don't view it as some political talking point or a sign of the apocalypse. Seems like small town mindset creating hysteria about one-off situations.
