New Years Day Menu

Anyone make anything special for the full day of bowl games? (I know not the same now that its only 3 games instead of 5-6 like the good ole days).
Family tradition was to make pizza roll and chili. I'm throwing in some homemade buffalo chicken dip this year.
What is everyone else doing?
Sous vide prime rib.

Sous vide prime rib.
I’ve almost completely converted to an oven/pellet grill reverse sear over sous vide when it comes to beef. Sous vide is easier but but I find that I can’t finish it properly because the surface of the skin is too wet, even with paper toweling it to dry it off. What’s your workaround for an exterior crust without splattering grease everywhere?

It's my understanding that Iowans like to eat oyster stew for the holidays, but maybe they're over that by New Year's Day?

Growing up, my grandmother (no pic) served oyster soup on Christmas eve. That along with a relish tray, fresh baked bread and lots of homemade candy.

The usual. Shrimp cocktail, weenies in the crockpot, nacho dip and then pizza for the main course.
