The Trump tariff debacle - a wholesale fiasco
wherein Trump repeatedly misrepresents the nature and effect of tariffs - is, in my opinion, the single biggest media failure in the age of Trump.
How could such a giant con (or is Trump just that dumb?) go basically unchallenged for so long? That he keeps repeating it EVEN IN FRONT OF MAJOR MEDIA REPORTERS without being challenged is appalling. I mean, it is the centerpiece of his “economic plan” pitch to voters. Unbelievable.
