Jan Jensen has some good years left and I believe has earned the shot to take over for Bluder, if she retires in the next couple years.
If Jan Jensen wants the job it will hers, but she has never shown a great interest in being a head coach. She has turned several times offers in the past, including her Alma mater, Drake.
Unless it was soon, I doubt it would be jensen.

I don't think so. Going from Maryland to Iowa in the post-Clark era would be a lateral move at best.
This may seem like an unusual question, but do women coaches have a harder time uprooting their family to take new jobs? Maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem like there is as much movement in the women's game as far as coaches changing to new locations.
She came in and got Sahara Williams out of Iowa.

They don't have anything against the Hawks as far as I know.
Stacy played at Iowa as a freshman. Transfered to ISU because she signed up for Stringer but got Angie Lee, who was awful. Also Brenda was an assistant at ISU at the time
