No mention of a certain stadium in Lincoln...
11:00 A.M.s suck everywhere IMO.Kinnick only rocks at night IMO. 11AMs are usually pretty tame. People do get jacked when it's a 2:30 in a meaningful matchup, but it's always electric at night. We need to get back to the early 2000s level of crazy and start a massive home winning streak again.
Not bashing, but where are 11AM games rocking? At my age, I don’t completely hate the 11 AM starts, but morning football just seems a little off for me (again, maybe my age - predate these early TV times).

FIFYKinnick.At.Night That is all.
I agree I hate 11 o'clock starts in Ames as well.11:00 A.M.s suck everywhere IMO.
[/QUOTE]Thank U.. that’s kick ASS! And number 54 was getting jiggy with it during “Back n Black” hilarious.. I still prefer Metallica over AC/DC.. same with Beavis and Butthead..
Can you imagine the looks on fans if IOWA opened up with Neil Diamond and Sweet Caroline or better yet with Devo and “Whip it”

I've been everywhere in the B1G except Minnesota's new stadium, and honestly, I have a hard time putting Nebraska in the Top 5 in the B1G, let alone the nation. Forgetting Kinnick due to my bias, easily ahead of them are Wisky, PSU, and OSU, I'd put Michigan next because it has tailgating. Then I'd stick Nebraska with MSU in a tie.No mention of a certain stadium in Lincoln...
Yeah, night games at Kinnick are truly something special.
Balloons=/=AtmosphereWait.... Iowa fans actually think they have a better atmosphere than Lincoln? Holy crap that is delusional....

LOL - I've been to games at both stadiums - Iowa's game day experience is better. Have you been to both?Wait.... Iowa fans actually think they have a better atmosphere than Lincoln? Holy crap that is delusional....
Wait.... America's most trusted college football pundit actually thinks Kinnick has a better atmosphere than Lincoln.
So your saying Nebraska and MSU don’t have tailgating?I've been everywhere in the B1G except Minnesota's new stadium, and honestly, I have a hard time putting Nebraska in the Top 5 in the B1G, let alone the nation. I'll admit it's splitting hairs a bit though, they're all fun.
No, MSU does, it's just that in all MSU and Nebraska were on the same plain in terms of experience. Nebraska doesn't relative to most big ten schools. Sure, there were tailgaters at Nebraska, and they were great people I enjoyed speaking with, but we're talking overall experience here.So your saying Nebraska and MSU don’t have tailgating?
There is tailgating everywhere. Your wording made it sound like it was some big deal that Michigan had tailgaters. You didn’t say their tailgating atmosphere was better. You just said they have tailgating. No, MSU does, it's just that in all MSU and Nebraska were on the same plain in terms of experience. Nebraska doesn't relative to most big ten schools. I mistakenly assumed anyone who had been to those stadiums would understand what I meant, and wouldn't take my statement literally. I should know better. Thanks for being that guy and setting me straight. There is tailgating everywhere. Your wording made it sound like it was some big deal that Michigan had tailgaters. Wait a second. Dawills is saying that the ancient tales of people eating and drinking in somewhat close proximity to the football stadiums at Nebraska and MSU are...true?Mother of God. Dawills is a modern day Indiana Jones!!!I mistakenly assumed anyone who had been to those stadiums would understand what I meant, and wouldn't take my statement literally. I should know better. The Black and Gold looks almost surreal under the lights of a night game.
Like I’ve said before, Kinnick is a nice little stadium. Almost quaint in a way, like a nice high school stadium.
