As McCaffery is dismissed following a 17-16 season at Iowa basketball, let's take a look back at some of the high points of his 15-year era.

He probably had to strain to write Fran’s top 3 moments though:

#3 - 2015-2016 season when Iowa beat three top five teams in only four games to get to #3 in the country.
BUT you lose six of eight and flame out in the NCAAs

#2 - Seeded #2 in the NCAAs with Luka.
BUT you get boatraced by Oregon when the Iowa starting guard court gets outscored 63 to 0.

#1 - Winning Big Ten Tournament in 2022.
BUT Richmond. 🤷‍♂️
