Exciting...

Central Florida vs TCU
Georgia Tech vs ______

CS-Bakersfield is up by 17 on UT-Arlington currently. I am not sure if a #8 has ever made it to MSG.

I think they've only been seeding th NIT in the last decade or so. They didn't even used to have a bracket I don't think; made up matchups round by round

Bakersfield may be the first team to win three road games to make MSG, though???

Well, it will be guaranteed that there will be a #4 seed playing a #8 seed in NIT finals (since two #4s play each other and two #8 seeds play each other).

If I remember right no brackets, they used to decide after each game who would play who. Being nearby sometimes helped decide.

BTW, remember when Iowa went over to ISU and beat them in the NIT

Yes, that team had Chauncey Leslie.

Then Iowa lost to Georgia Tech by 1 at home on a last second basket.
